What kind of jobs can you do?
I do all kinds of different work and it would be easier to split them up into a few catagories:

What is the advantage of using CAD?
For most of the building projects that I take on, I make a CAD assembly of the project. This servers a few purposes: It lets me show a client a vision of the design, it allows me to know everything I need to make before I get started, and it lets me price out the job easily and accurately.
